Good art we've seen this month

We stumbled upon a George Grosz exhibit a couple Sundays ago at the Akademie der Kuenste. I've always liked him and it was great to see their huge archival collection of his drawings and other memorabilia.

Earlier this week, we saw a great exhibit at KW called "Early Years" centered around the development of the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. I was pretty fascinated by an absurdist video piece about Jews and Poland by Yael Bartana. Here's a short excerpt on youtube:

Yesterday we checked out a temporary exhibit at the Hamburger Bahnhof MuseumBestiarium by Walton Ford. I could stare at his (somewhat absurd) nature illustrations for hours.
